The following terms of use have been established for customers using the Grids Premium Hotel Kumamoto internet reservation system (hereinafter referred to as "this system") operated by AB Accommo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").
Please be sure to read this before using the service.

Article 1 (Compliance with basic matters)

1. Customers using this system are required to observe general etiquette, morals, and technical rules when using the Internet.
2. We strictly prohibit the use of this system for profit-making purposes, regardless of the reason, such as paid arrangements.

Article 2 (Measures in Case of Violation of Fundamental Matters)

We may refuse to allow any customer to use this system if they engage in any conduct that is deemed inappropriate by our company or our affiliated hotels, such as conduct that causes inconvenience or disadvantage to third parties, or conduct that may interfere with the services of our company or the hotels that use this system.
Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or transmission of the contents of this service is prohibited.

Article 3 (Various effects caused by the customer's usage environment)

This system can be used by anyone who has properly configured the general character display (Japanese display), email, etc. If these conditions are not met, our company and affiliated hotels will not be held responsible for the results of operations or connection conditions of those who do not meet these conditions, or for any consequences that may result from them.
The same applies if the system does not function properly due to reasons beyond our control, such as circumstances related to the customer's environment settings, even if the above conditions are met.

Article 4 (Conditions for System Users)

Only customers who have agreed to these rules may use this system. Furthermore, by using this system and completing a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to these rules and must abide by them.
When using this service, users must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
When a User makes a reservation for accommodation using this Service, the User will be required to register their name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.
Users agree that there are limitations to the accommodation services that can be provided through this service, and that they will not request services beyond these limitations or a reduction in fees.

Article 5 (Services provided by this system)

Reservations for some of the products offered by the hotel can be made on the website operated by our company.

Article 6 (Compliance with Terms of Use)

When guests using this system use a guest room, they must comply with the "Accommodation Terms and Conditions," "Usage Rules," or "Terms of Use" separately established by the hotel.

Article 7 (Notes on using this system)

The services provided by this system are not superior to services provided by other means (telephone reservations, fax reservations, other hotel reservation offices, etc.). Therefore, there may be cases where you are unable to make a reservation due to reasons such as the hotel being fully booked.

Article 8 (User's Responsibility)

When using this system, you are responsible for all actions taken by you yourself and actions taken using your own email account, as well as the results thereof. Furthermore, if you cause damage to a third party while using this system, except in cases where this is due to negligence on the part of our company or the hotel, you are responsible for resolving any disputes with said third party.
If a user causes damage to our company, affiliated hotels, or this system through any of the following actions, our company may claim compensation for all damages suffered from the user.

(1) When the guest violates the accommodation contract, usage rules or terms of use separately stipulated in these Terms of Use.
(2) If a false or improper application is made when making a reservation for accommodation.
(3) If you register as a user or make a reservation for accommodation on behalf of a third party without that person's consent.
(4) Sending or writing harmful programs.
(5) If you send or post information about a third party without their consent.
(6) Any other act that violates laws and regulations in force in Japan.

Article 9 (Reservation Application)

1. Please enter all required personal information accurately in the reservation application form for the product you wish to purchase.
2. If there are any errors in the personal data entered in the reservation application form, the reservation may be invalidated.

Article 10 (Reservation Form)

A reservation for accommodation made through this service is considered complete when the reservation number is displayed on the browser or when an email notifying the user of the confirmed reservation details is issued, and an accommodation contract is deemed to have been concluded between the accommodation facility and the user at that point.

Article 11 (Payment)

The fee for accommodation reservations made through this service will be notified to the applicant in the email notifying the reservation confirmation issued by our company. The accommodation fee will be paid by the method specified by the accommodation facility when the user checks in at the accommodation facility.
If any additional charges are incurred in connection with your stay in addition to the charges notified to you at the time of confirmation of your reservation, you will be required to pay them at the accommodation facility.

Article 12 (Cancellation or Change of Accommodation Reservation)

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the relevant accommodation facility via our online reservation system or by telephone. If you cancel all or part of your reservation, you will be required to pay a penalty (cancellation fee) in accordance with the accommodation terms and conditions set by the accommodation facility.

Article 13 (Changes to the contents of this system)

If we deem it necessary, we may change the operation of this system or the contents of these rules without prior notice to you. Please be sure to check these rules each time you use the system.
After the content of these rules is changed, only the changed content will be valid and the content before the change will be invalid.

Article 14 (Temporary Suspension of Use)

We may temporarily suspend the use of this system without prior notice or approval from you if any of the following applies:

1. When performing maintenance or repair work on this system.
2. When a natural disaster, incident or other emergency occurs or is likely to occur, making operation difficult.
3. When the Company determines that it is necessary to temporarily suspend use of the System for operational reasons of the Hotel Website and the System or for other reasons.

Article 15 (Handling of Customer Personal Information)

When registering with this system, the personal data and reservation information you enter into the product reservation application form will be shared and used by our company for the following purposes.

(1) To inform customers of new services and products from our company and affiliated hotels.
(2) For our company and affiliated hotels to survey customer satisfaction regarding their stay at affiliated hotels.
(3) To use the information as statistical information in a form that does not identify individuals for marketing purposes, etc.

As a general rule, we will not provide personal data received from customers to third parties. However, in any of the following cases, we may provide such data to third parties without prior notice or consent from the customer.

(1) When the customer has given their consent.
(2) When it is necessary to provide personal data to a third party to protect the life, body, or property of the customer or one of our customers, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer or one of our customers.
(3) When it is necessary to provide personal data to a third party in order to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent.
(4) When we receive a formal legal inquiry from a public institution such as a court or police regarding personal data.
(5) In order to achieve the purpose set forth in the preceding paragraph, a third party to whom we have entrusted business requires personal data in processing the entrusted business.
(6) When personal data is provided to a third party in connection with the succession of our business due to a merger or other reason.

Article 16 (Governing Laws Concerning the Use of This System)

Handling of this system will comply with the laws in force in Japan.

Article 17 (Court of Jurisdiction Regarding Use of This System)

If a dispute arises between the parties regarding the use of this system, the parties will resolve it in good faith.
If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiations, the district court will be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
