Regarding emailing check-in QR codes
Thank you for your continued patronage of Grids Premium Hotel Kumamoto.
If we have your email address in your reservation information, we will send you a QR code for check-in via email.
Emails will be sent starting Monday, July 14, 2025.
*Depending on your settings, emails may not be sent.
This is a function to ensure a smooth check-in, but if you are unsure how to operate it,
Please rest assured that you can also check in normally at the front desk.
