We sincerely apologize for the great concern caused by the earthquake that occurred on July 28th.
We would like to inform you of the current damage situation and business operations at our facility as follows.
Utilities: Electricity, gas, and water are operating normally.
Regarding elevators, currently, restoration work is being prioritized for medical facilities and facilities requiring emergency services.
We are experiencing delays in addressing this issue. We are working on it in order, so please wait a little longer until it is restored.
Please note that our museum is operating as usual.
Safety check regarding the damage: We have confirmed that all customers and staff are safe.
Building Facilities: Due to the activation of safety devices, all elevators in the building are currently out of service.
