Regarding unloading in front of neighboring buildings
Thank you for your continued patronage of Grids Premium Hotel Kumamoto.
We have received complaints from local residents because some guests drop off their luggage in front of a nearby building instead of in front of the hotel.
When you need to unload your luggage, please park your car temporarily in the space between the bus stop in front of the hotel and the entrance to the hotel parking lot and unload your luggage there.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
